    Below are 4 ways you can control cavities and prevent them for good. 

    1.Drink a Lot of Water

    The main reason for cavities buildup is the accumulation of foods between your teeth, which leads to infection and cavities starting to build up. Drinking a lot of water will help you wash these food particles off, and you will have very few chances of getting cavities. 

    Drinking a lot of water will also help your teeth fight tooth decay, which will, in turn, prevent cavities. Also, sometimes there are certain acids build up in your teeth. Drinking water will also wash out these acids, keeping your teeth healthy.

    To avoid cavities, be sure to brush and floss your teeth regularly, and limit your intake of sugary and starchy foods. If you do consume sugary or starchy foods, be sure to brush your teeth immediately afterward.
