The ten-day post-ovulation period is referred to as 10 DPO. The egg has made its way down the fallopian tube and may be fertilized.
Could you be expecting a child?
The only way to tell for sure if you’re pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. A week after your missed period is the best time to take a test. By 10 DPO, though, you may notice some early indicators of pregnancy. It can take up to 12-14 days from ovulation to the first missing menstruation. Your body has already begun to alter during this time as it prepares for the next 9 months of pregnancy and delivers new life into the world.

1. Cramps

2. Low Back Ache

4. Tender breasts

5. Bloating
